Changelog
ACS EHR is being prepared for its production release. This page summarizes the highest-level product changes; the full, per-commit history is published on GitHub.
Current status
The platform is in the final stages of production-readiness work: staging stabilization, security and compliance hardening, and the public documentation you are reading now.
Recent focus areas
- Clinical documentation & PRP workflows — narrative-first progress notes, assessments (ASAM, PHQ-9, GAD-7, and more), treatment planning, and the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program module.
- Revenue cycle management — encounters and charges, claim scrubbing, clearinghouse submission, denial management, payment posting, and ERA (835) ingestion.
- Compliance-supporting workflows — staff training and certification, inspections, drills, incident tracking, audit trail, break-glass access, and access recertification.
- Security hardening — role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, multi-tenant isolation, and encrypted data at rest and in transit.
- Interoperability — FHIR-based data exchange and an OpenAPI machine-readable contract for integrators.
How releases are published
Release notes are produced from the repository's merge history. Once the product is generally available, this page will carry dated release entries with feature summaries and links to the corresponding GitHub releases.
See the Feature Catalog for the current documented capabilities and the Security & Compliance page for the security posture.
